The University of Patras is the Lead Partner and scientific coordinator of the IDRON project. With strong expertise in civil, environmental and hydrological engineering, the University leads the overall project implementation and ensures scientific excellence.
Within IDRON, the University of Patras is responsible for project coordination, and the integration of innovative water-management solutions across pilot areas and contributes to the development of the Decision Support System (DSS). In addition, it oversees methodological coherence across work packages and ensures that research outputs are translated into practical, scalable solutions. Through close collaboration with all partners, the University of Patras guarantees the technical robustness and long-term relevance of IDRON results.
