The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of Montenegro is the national authority responsible for agricultural development, water resources management, forestry, and rural policy. The Ministry plays a key role in shaping and implementing national strategies aligned with EU environmental and climate objectives.
Within the IDRON project, the Ministry supports pilot implementation, facilitates coordination with national and local stakeholders, and contributes to aligning innovative water-management solutions with policy and regulatory frameworks. Through its institutional role, the Ministry strengthens policy uptake and supports the long-term sustainability and scalability of IDRON results.
